Editor’s review of Actual Keylogger – Who says you can’t run a spy operation on the cheap? Actual Keylogger lets you record every keystroke typed on a computer, and it doesn’t cost a cent. It can’t snap screenshots or automatically e-mail reports, but it’s decently equipped and surprisingly convenient for a freeware program. It’s reasonably stealthy, too. You can conceal its folder, disable its record in the Add/Remove Programs dialog, hide its shortcuts, encrypt its logs and password-protect its settings. Unfortunately, the program process itself is unprotected, and a savvy user could easily spot it and stop it.
